It is the entrepreneurial mindset of my family that I take onto any project or employer I work for, whether that’s taking risks, making smart financial decisions or finding a workaround to any problem or obstacle.
Honesty, transparency and hard work are the values that helped my parents build a life in Germany. My father traveled from Punjab to Germany with just a suitcase, trying to build a new life for himself. After years of struggle, my mother joined him from the UK (which is why I grew up trilingual).
I still recall a hot summer day, where I was aged 9, and was helping out my dad at a flea market. I received the “task” to manage my own small market stall which involved helping him to sell a new, trendy product that had emerged - the tamagotchi. He managed to buy a van load of them and that was my first hand-ons experience in marketing and sales. Needless to say, we managed to clear the van that summer.
Fast forward many years, I have been working in the digital marketing space for over 12 years - ranging from office locations in London, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, and now Berlin. After starting off in e-commerce, I quickly noticed my passion in b2b marketing, and embracing the challenges that come with it: lead generation, CRM & automations, growth hacking and end-to-end tracking, just to name a few.
My clients work with me for my work ethic, my honest and transparent approach. I combine working hands-on, in addition to leading, growing and steering teams.
For every client, I provide a tailor-made consulting and management service to meet overall revenue and growth goals. I offer project leadership, team development, management and strategy support for a full range of branding and marketing services.
